You can find information about our membership, meetings and upcoming events on the Meetings Tab on our main website http://www.lsgra.com. We will pull together with folks from all parts of Louisiana to build a strong and active membership. In order to achieve our goals, we need the support the enitre GLBT community throughout the State.
LSGRA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our mission includes educating interested parties on the sport of gay rodeo, sportsmanship, animal welfare, the country/western lifestyle and support of local charities in the State of Louisiana including the Greater New Orleans area. Our purpose is to raise money for our educational activities and approved charities while entertaining our donors. Our current charities include:

This takes a lot of hard work and support; we are currently growing and need active members and corporate sponsors in order to accomplish our goals. Individual members ($25 annual fee) will have full voting rights. Associate members around the state (who many not be able to attend regular meetings and vote), the membership fee is $15.00 (non-voting). Finally, we offer a Corporate Membership for your company ($150.00 annual fee) with full voting rights. Membership in LSGRA will be open to any man, woman or organization that would like to hold a membership. We do not discrimininate against any individual (even your sexual orientation). Members must be paid in full and be in good standing as stated in our Bylaws.
Our fundraising activities include our membership drives, monthly Cowboy Roundups, our Annual Chili Cookoff, the Wacky Wagon Race, the Angola Rodeo Roadtrip, selling LSGRA merchandise and other special events from time to time! We are excited to find more and more interested rodeo fans as we work within the community towards our first IGRA Sanctioned Rodeo in the Spring 2011.
